My Story

Tamika Bailey (born and raised in Washington, D.C.), is a current resident of the state of Maryland, which has always been a neighbor to her and the scope of her daily living.  She is proud and committed to assisting buyers, sellers, and investors with properties throughout Charles County, Prince George's County, and surrounding areas with a specialization in first-time buyers and new constructions.  She is a proven negotiator, both trusted and knowledgeable, who will be with you guiding and advising, every step of the way, even beyond closing.  As a fully trained and qualified Realtor, Tamika prides herself on the ability to assist customers in the buying and selling process while striving to make each transaction smooth and stress-free. 

Tamika Bailey is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, MD Association of REALTORS®, Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS® (SMAR), and SMAR's Women Council.  Tamika was a 2022 Bronze Award recipient for both SMAR and Exit Landmark Realty.

Tamika Bailey holds a master's degree in Business Economics, a bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, and a minor in Psychology from Trinity University (Washington, D.C).  She holds over 22 years of Federal Government service and counting with an expertise in Financial Management and Budget.  Tamika has a strong love, devotion and commitment to her daughter, family, friends, life partner and dog.  Tamika enjoys traveling, karaoke, family/friend time, planning and advising, uncontrollable laughter, and being a part of meaningfulness that serves the greater cause and the better good of people and quality of life.  She believes the most precious thing you can give is your time.
