Junkman R & D Services deserves five stars because: prompt; reliable; courteous; considerate. Prompt: they show up when they say they will, and if an hour is impossible, they say so and you quickly get other possible schedules; reliable: they ask to see the job, tell you how long it will take, how much it will cost, and do exactly as they said they would; courteous: friendly and polite and resourceful; considerate: help you estimate what you can or should keep or throw away (if that's an issue). This is a good company and a credit to Clinton, to P-G., to Maryland, to the region.
I'm a real estate agent and needed someone to come out quickly and haul away construction materials from a property. I contacted David and he was extremely helpful and professional and gave me a quote over the phone. They were able to go out right away. They called when they were on their way and when it turned out that there was more debris than expected and the cost was going to exceed what he had told me over the phone, David called to explain and make sure I wanted him to go ahead with the job. They sent pictures when they were finished and I was able to pay with my credit card over the phone making the whole transaction so easy. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends, clients and colleagues.
